The vision for the Snakes and Ladders board game was born from the desire to create a game that enables people to get to know each other better through thought-provoking questions — presented in a unique and unconventional way. While many card games on the market follow this principle, they typically involve simply drawing a card and answering the question. In contrast, my goal was to develop an experience that goes beyond a straightforward question-and-answer format. For the game’s foundation, I chose the classic, luck-based Snakes and Ladders board game, as its simplicity makes it accessible to a wide range of age groups. Additionally, its gameplay does not overshadow the focus on the question cards, allowing players to engage in meaningful interactions while enjoying a fun and interactive experience.
