Posters 2020.

Bribe, poster design 2020. 100x70 cm – GOLDEN BEE 14 / ZERO CORRUPTION

A typography-based poster about bribery (BRIBE). A design that is difficult to discen and provokes researcher contemplation. When we get closer and "bug" the print we notice what's going on in the background: hard to see, blurry, bribe, buddy advantage ... First we need to notice that we can do something!​​

// Egy betű alapú plakát a megvesztegetésről (BRIBE). Nehezen kivehető, kutató-szemlélődésre késztető terv. Ha közelebb lépünk, és "bogarásszuk" a nyomatatot észrevesszük mi folyik a háttérben: nehezen látható, homályos, vesztegetés, kenőpénz, előny a haveroknak... Először észre kell vennünk, hogy tenni tudjunk valamit!​

CORONAVIRUS

As Jessica Helfand said:

“Graphic design is a visual language uniting harmony and balance, color and light, scale and tension, form and content. But it is also an idiomatic language, a language of cues and puns and symbols and allusions, of cultural references and perceptual inferences that challenge both the intellect and the eye.”

In this poster I reflected on the idiomaticity of the visual language.

The typographic elements drifting alongside each other in the composition are the letters of the Coronavirus, but reading them requires attention, concentration, and perseverance – as does the struggle of science to find the antidote!

In this poster design, I am not interested in representation, but in the power, discipline, and dynamics of juxtaposition – counterbalancing the statics of axonometric cubes.
